Bookings by e-mail are preferred. Please use the booking link here. We will then invoice you for payment as per our payment terms. All payments must be received not later than 8 weeks before the start of your itinerary, due to the need to reserve accommodation in advance with the Forest Department.
Foreign (non-Indian) clients: Please make payments to Kumaon Exploration in the United Kingdom. Payment by bank transfer or by Pay Pal is preferred. Full payment instructions will be sent with your invoice.
India resident clients: Payment by personal cheque or bank transfer can be made direct to our India associates Camp Corbett Pvt. or Blaze A Trail Adventures Pvt. Please make a booking using this link and we will contact you with payment instructions.
Cancellation terms for itineraries:
More than 4 weeks before start of itinerary: 50% refund.
4 to 1 week before start of itinerary: 25% refund
Less than 1 week: No refund
Please note that once payment has been made to the Forest Department or Project Tiger for accommodation, this money is extremely difficult to recover in the event of you cancelling your booking. The amount we can refund may depend on how successfully we can recover your payment from the Forest Department or Project Tiger.
