Guests at our associate lodge Mountain Quail Camp at Pangot now have the choice of staying in one of four new log cabins. Constructed of locally sourced chir pine, the comfortable cabins have double beds and en-site bathrooms, plus a wood-fuel bokhari stove for those chilly mountain evenings.
The original lodge and safari tents are also available, giving guests a choice of accommodation.
If you are visiting Camp Corbett, a few days spent relaxing at Mountain Quail is the perfect way to end your trip. Situated at an altitude of 2050 meters amidst oak and pine forest, the location is very tranquil. Pangot is an excellent place for walks or pony rides in the surrounding forest, and offers excellent birdwatching, plus views of the Himalayan snow peaks. Sid and Choti Anand are very hospitable hosts and can show you the best the area has to offer.
The hill resort of Naini Tal with its scenic lakes and temples is only a 30 minute jeep drive away. A 5 day or longer drive and trek to the Sharda River will interest mahseer anglers and Corbett fans, and can be easily arranged.
